This course develops your spoken and written language skills so that you can communicate expertly in challenging business and workplace situations. All skills are developed: speaking, listening, writing and reading.

- identify useful language (e.g. vocabulary and sophisticated language structures) in listening and reading texts for active and passive use
- write a range of text types presenting and analysing complex ideas more accurately, concisely and clearly
- proof-read your own writing to be more confident about its quality
- present your ideas and interact with others in a cooperative and socially appropriate way to solve business-related problems.
- develop strategies to comprehend texts dealing with sophisticated ideas related to business, finance and management. These texts may be demanding in terms of the range of grammatical structures as well as general and specialist vocabulary.
