The Cambridge BEC Vantage examination is at upper-intermediate level. |

This course develops your spoken and written language skills so that you can communicate comfortably in routine business and workplace situations. All skills are developed: speaking, listening, writing and reading.
You will learn to:
- use language that you have not used for a long time with confidence
- identify useful new language (e.g. vocabulary) and begin to use it yourself
- write about complex ideas more accurately, concisely and clearly
- enhance your confidence and clarity in speaking to build you professional credibility
- proof read your own writing to be more confident about its quality
- present your ideas individually and interact with another speaker in a cooperative and socially appropriate way to solve business-related problems.
Course activities also prepare you to take the BEC (Vantage) examination. You will learn about the types of examination tasks and build your test-taking skills. Even if you do not plan to sit for the BEC examination, you will find all parts of the course useful.
