HKCEE follows international English exams |
| CPBE welcomes the use of standards-referencing in the new HKCEE English exams. It brings the exams into line with international English examinations, such as the Cambridge Business English Certificate (BEC) and BULATS, which grade candidates against a fixed, well-documented standard. This will benefit both employers and students. |
